INFORMATION AND GUIDELINES FOR PREPARATION OF CONFERENCE PAPER

The conference proceedings will be traditionally printed in A4 format. The provided text will be used directly for reproduction in the proceedings without any further modifications. The author is responsible for factual and graphic accuracy.

The printing of the proceedings will be black and white - except for the advertising part.

Please mind the following guidelines:

The paper size is max. 4 or 6 pages (max. 8 pages) of A4 format including images (always keep an even number of pages).

Use Times New Roman, spacing 1.

Use preset styles.

Margins: upper 3cm, lower 2cm, left and right 2cm.

Set the indentation of the 1st line of the paragraph to 0.5cm (does not apply to headings), aligning two-sided paragraphs.

Text documents can be sent in doc or docx and also in pdf format.

If the image or chart is a part of the text document, the publisher reserves the right to request additional images in jpg, tif, bmp, pdf, eps, ai.
